As both Medspa Director and Lead Aesthetician, she oversees all clinical protocols, ensuring every treatment meets the highest standards.

Amy specializes in customized skin treatments and corrective procedures designed to restore confidence through natural, refined results. Her expertise in continuing education keeps Thrive at the forefront of innovation in aesthetics and skin health.

Michelle Herasme, FNP-BC- Master Nurse Practitioner Injector

Michelle is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. Specializing in aesthetic and regenerative medicine, Michelle has honed her expertise in critical care nursing, which has been instrumental in shaping her meticulous approach to aesthetic treatments. Her services include neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, advanced laser treatments, and holistic weight loss management, all aimed at enhancing natural beauty and promoting overall wellness.
Michelle’s patient-centric philosophy ensures personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. With over 8 years of experience as a certified Physician Assistant and the past 3 years fully dedicated to aesthetic medicine, Alexis Cortese brings a thoughtful, results-driven approach to beauty and wellness. Her passion lies in helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals with treatments that feel natural, confidence-boosting, and completely personalized.
